Madalynn's Busy Week

This week was Maddy's last week of Mother's Day Out for the spring. She'll start again in a few weeks for the summer session. I'm so excited that we found this program. She has learned so much, and she is so much more outgoing than she used to be. They had an end of year party on Monday. Here are some pictures of Maddy with her teachers.




On Wednesday we went to see Shrek 3 with our friends Joy and Kole. Maddy was slightly entertained by the movie. She was really more interested in dancing in front of her seat and chasing Kole around the theater. At least she was quiet for most of the movie.

Thursday we went to the Austin Children's Museum with our MOMS Club. They have lots of kid-friendly, hands-on exhibits that kids love. Maddy's favorite ones were the trains and the kitchen, although she would have liked to ride the conveyor belt if she hadn't been caught.




I think we're all looking forward to a quiet weekend. We're going to a friend's birthday party Saturday, and the rest of the weekend will be spent, well, resting.
