On the way to dance class today, we were listening to the news on the radio. The announcer said that President Obama went out of the country to Canada for a meeting.
In a very irritated voice, Madalynn said, "He's out of the country? No way! That's just...ah! He can't be out of the country! He needs to come back and do work here!"
I explained he was away on a business trip kind of like what Daddy does sometimes.
"Well, he needs to come back. He has work to do here."
I had no idea she felt so passionately about our President's travels. :)
