Emmy's 2 year well-check

Last week Emmy had two check-ups. One was with our pediatrician for her 2 year well-check. Emmy is now 34 inches tall and weighs 30 pounds. She has hardly deviated from her growth curve in 2 years. Her language development and physical development are all on track.

The second was with her cardiologist. Dr. Rowe said he still hears a slight murmur but he isn't worried in the least since Emmy is growing well. He wants to her to come back when she's 5 years old to see if the murmur still exists, but he doesn't think it will.

Both girls also got flu shots. Funny how the 2 year old didn't even cry, but the 4 year old through a fit and had to be held down to get the shot. Both got treated to McDonald's and a Krispy Kreme donut after the shots.
